The background
 Highbank acquired a 100% interest in Portland Canal Aggregates Corporation’s (PCAC) SPN sand, gravel and aggregate project on Portland Canal, south of Stewart and on tidewater, in Northwest BC. This site has a 71.71 Mt NI 43-101 compliant, measured and indicated construction aggregate resource.

Revenue Forecast

Revenue forecasts are based on sales of 2,785,000 t of aggregate at an average $34/t fob Prince Rupert, and 285,000 t coarse material at an average $21.45/t. The cash flow forecast is based on in-pit measured and indicated resources with 1% of the total being an inferred resource within that pit.
